Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

• Set and achieve sales targets through effective team management and motivation
• Provide ongoing training and development to sales associates to enhance product knowledge and selling skills
• Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales

Customer Service Excellence

• Foster a customer-centric culture among the sales team, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service
• Maintain a high level of engagement with every customer, every day
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner

Operational Management

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Visual Merchandising

• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays and maintain a visually appealing store environment

Team Collaboration

• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among the sales team
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, promotions, and updates

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus
• Previous retail experience; supervisory experience preferred for management roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
