We are looking for a Retail Associate Manager (RAM) to work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life.

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service, while concurrently providing a best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store.
• Side‑by‑side sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and share your expertise.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
• Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding.
• Build relationships and partner with employees across channels to own and resolve customer experience issues.
• Identify and handoff small business leads.
• Partner with peers to achieve company success and provide first‑class customer experience.

• Leadership ability.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Experience in wireless sales.
• Willingness to lead a team, share best practices, and provide resolutions to issues.
• Effective with operational, financial and performance management.
• Outstanding communication skills with teammates and customers.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school degree or GED.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Full time (40 hours).
