Overview
Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from the Panda community.
Position:
Assistant Manager. You will assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week store leadership training program will prepare you for success.
- Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Support and participate in leadership training and development programs
- Contribute to a positive, productive store environment and community impact
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Food Safety:
Serve Safe certified
