Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

The Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate maintains safety and sanitation, stocks and merchandises freezer/cooler/deli areas, and delivers member service in the deli and cold-food sections. This role supports operations and ensures product quality and availability for members.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures; handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely; report unsafe situations to management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues; promote the Company's products and services.
• Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling, equipment operation/repair, sanitation, and monitoring of fans, drains, and doors; report issues to management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Stocking and customer service experience; ability to adapt to changes; curiosity and creative thinking to drive improvement.
