Part‑time Retail Supervisor – Inventory, starting wage $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, highlighting flexibility and growth opportunities.

• Coach and train Inventory Associates, ensuring accuracy.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow and use the playbook for success.
• Lead & engage; serve as primary contact for event‑related concerns.
• Support directives from Area or District Manager, driving operational excellence and team productivity.

• Minimum 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time‑management, customer service, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, stand, walk, and use handheld scanning tools.
• Reliable attendance, focus on detail, positive team‑oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation; willingness to submit to pre‑employment background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, or meet WIS Fleet driver requirements if applicable.

• No degree needed; open to candidates returning to the workforce, military experience, or no prior experience.
