$17.50/hr - $21.00/hr

Whether you're leading a department, opening or closing the store, or supporting the management team, you’ll help ensure that every donation and customer interaction fuels our mission. What

You’ll Do
  • Lead by example and support a culture of world‑class customer service.
  • Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and reporting.
  • Support and train team members in areas like customer service, merchandising, donation flow, pricing, and safety.
  • Ensure clean, organized, safe store conditions while maintaining inventory flow and product rotation.
  • Monitor loss prevention and safeguard company assets.
  • Maintain accurate production counts, donor tracking, and department-specific goals.
  • Provide positive, mission‑driven leadership to create a motivating and inclusive environment.
  • Step into keyholder, department lead, or management support responsibilities based on store need.
What You Need
  • Previous retail experience; leadership experience preferred (not required for all roles).
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to lead by example while supporting a team‑oriented environment.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning POS and reporting tools.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift 25‑40 lbs depending on role.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Preferred open availability; must be willing to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.
