Overview

La‑Z‑Boy Incorporated is a leading furniture and home furnishings manufacturer. We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail location, drive sales, manage a high‑performing team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Lead and supervise a team of up to 15 direct reports, fostering a culture of engagement, growth, and collaboration.
• Achieve or surpass store sales goals, operating benchmarks, and profitability targets.
• Model the highest standards for customer service, sales proficiency, and brand advocacy; coach staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain store visual standards, merchandise alignment, and clean, safe retail environment.
• Plan, execute, and manage sales promotions, events, and operational initiatives to strengthen community presence and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and accounting procedures; manage store P&L and financial metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of retail sales leadership experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and team‑management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and financial analysis.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Experience managing in a retail environment with a focus on sales.
• Deep understanding of profit and loss statements.
• Advanced interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.

Total compensation range: $60,000 – $95,000 per year, including base salary, commission, and bonus opportunities.
