Hours:

Full‑time (40 hrs) or Part‑time (20+ hrs).

We are a Blue‑Chip Wireless Retailer dedicated to customer experience and company values. Mobile Associates (MAs) brand the company, drive sales, and create excitement around our products and services. They are brand ambassadors who build relationships, uncover needs, and recommend solutions. This role is learning oriented with potential progression to Mobile Expert.

• Help customers complete their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demos of the latest technology.
• Co‑sell personalized solutions beyond devices and basic plans (accessories, IoT, etc.).
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
• Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Proficiently use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
• Complete training in store experience, systems, and reference resources.
• Collaborate across channels to provide seamless, run‑around‑free experiences.
• Identify and hand‑off small‑business leads.
• Build strong peer relationships; hold success accountable to the company.
• Enjoy a fun, customer‑centric environment.

• Strong desire to learn and master customer advocacy skills.

• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience; a retail environment is preferred.
• Age 18+.
