Job Summary
As a Personal Lines Account Manager at Trucordia, you will perform many diverse responsibilities which ultimately help us succeed in providing extraordinary customer service to our customers. We are seeking a driven and dynamic Personal Lines Account Manager responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Identify and develop crossing selling personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication.
- Maintain and foster relationships with clients.
- Review accounts and book of business to round out accounts.
- Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business while providing exceptional customer service.
- Valid Florida State Insurance License (220 General Lines Agent or 2044 Personal Lines Agent)
- Minimum of 2 years insurance industry experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverage and markets.
- Experience with a client management system, AMS
360 as well as proficiency in Microsoft suite.
