We bridge the gap between property owners, residents, and guests by providing professional marketing, leasing, and management services on their behalf. What We Need

We are currently recruiting for the position of Vacation Rental Sales Manager
. You will be trained in our processes and procedures utilizing your knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and passion for this career.

The right candidate should be a leader, self‑motivated, detail oriented, tech savvy, organized, results oriented, and have a positive attitude.

We are a small team, and we need people who possess the drive to help us succeed and grow. This is a FAST‑paced industry and self‑direction is critical.

Logistics

Encompassing our full portfolio of resorts and units in the northern, central and southern region, and reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for the management of sales, revenue management, OTA Integrations, training and development of agents, tracking and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Meet Company Revenue Sales Target
  • Convert incoming sales inquiries to secured sales
  • Utilize Sales Techniques to Recover/Win Cold/Lost Leads
  • Identify, Create & Deliver Sales Opportunities - spot market trends using key data tools
  • Management & Delivery of Reservation Relocations & Cancellations
  • Create and communicate weekly Income Forecasting Reports
  • Research and complete comparison reporting for new business
  • Management of Existing OTA Platforms
  • Deliver Onboard of New OTA Platforms
  • Attend Vacation Rental Industry Conferences to Support Sales Role
  • Train & Educate Sales lead Agents to support company growth and expansion
  • Lead Sales Input into Onboarding Process – listing completeness and OTA Integration
  • Develop Sales Strategies with the Revenue Management Team & Marketing Team
  • Develop Relationships with Internal Account Managers - provide Sales Acumen with Data to Support Owner Relations
  • Intimate Awareness to the Roles, Responsibilities and Process for Customer Service Team, Marketing Team and Client Services Team
  • Refine & Develop SMART measurable Sales KPI's and Track performance of Team
  • Developing Process for Lead Creation and Measure Sales Performance Build Out & Document Sales Process - Integrate into Knowledge Base System
Education and Experience
  • 3+ years demonstrable experience as a Sales Manager.
  • 2+ years of experience and knowledge with short term rentals/vacation rentals
  • Strong background of Vacation Rental Industry pricing, trends, and OTA familiarity
  • 3+ years of Leadership/Management/Supervisory experience, including the ability to mentor and guide a team.
  • Experience in supervising/managing on‑site and field staff
  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field desired, but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Technical computer skills are required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and text messaging to ensure the ability to build strong relationships, trust, and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
  • Highly responsive and reliable with strong attention to detail on all levels.
  • Availability to travel on occasion to meet with clients or attend industry conferences or events.
