Sales Supervisor – Luxury Spa & Wellness | $60K+ Earning Potential

Compensation: $2,500/month base salary + commission ($60K+ OTE)

Job Type: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Weekends Required

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a five-star experience.
• Handle phone calls, appointment bookings, and customer inquiries.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized schedule.
• Promote and sell spa services and skincare products, consistently meeting sales targets.
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and filing.

• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or luxury customer service setting.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends.
• An esthetician background is a plus but not required.

• Base Salary: $2,500 per month + commission
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000+ per year
• Employee discounts on spa services and skincare products

• Monday – Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM
• Sunday: 11 AM - 6 PM
