Our Business Development Generalist program is the talent pipeline for the future leaders of Flowers Foods. As a College Graduate in their 26‑week immersive curriculum, you will develop into a future sales leader across the company.

• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Market Consultants to learn territory operations and the Flowers way with Key Account holders.
• Work side‑by‑side with the operations team to understand baking processes and product safety.
• Complete the program and transition into a nationwide Sales role that adds immediate value.

Essential

Job Requirements
• College graduate or graduating senior with a bachelor’s degree
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Physical ability to frequently lift/carry 25 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to relocate after the 6‑month training period if required
