We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead in-spa sales operations. This role focuses on driving revenue through patient consultations, upselling services, and supporting the clinic team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Conduct in-spa consultations and recommend appropriate services and packages
• Drive sales performance through upselling and relationship building
• Support front desk and clinical teams with sales strategies
• Track sales activity and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Follow up with clients to support retention and satisfaction
• Meet individual and location sales goals

• Previous experience in sales or sales management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced spa or clinic environment
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
