Inside Sales Representative

Base Pay Range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

A growing industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative to support both sales operations and internal customer communication. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, engineering, and operations, ensuring timely responses, accurate information, and a smooth experience throughout the sales and support process.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing sales support with customer service, thrives in a technical environment, and takes pride in being reliable, organized, and responsive.

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to sales, pricing, lead times, and general product information
• Support inside sales activities including lead qualification, quote preparation, and follow-up
• Act as an internal point of contact for customer questions, coordinating with engineering, service, and operations teams
• Assist outside sales representatives by preparing documentation, tracking opportunities, and maintaining CRM records
• Support order processing, status updates, and customer communications from order through delivery
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on open items
• Develop a working knowledge of the company’s equipment, applications, and customer use cases

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or a related customer-facing role
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or technical products preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working in CRM systems and standard business software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
