Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site position based in Bradenton, FL, for the role of Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing and growing existing client relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. They will conduct product presentations, create proposals, stay updated on market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
- Sales expertise including client relationship management and experience in achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to create effective strategies
- Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and reporting tools
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and results‑driven attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the electrical industry or technical sales is a plus
