• Accurately enter deals in the dealer management system (DMS) and process all documentation
• Handle trade-ins and grow our brokerage/yacht sales as part of the dealership’s future growth

• Proven track record in marine, RV, auto, or powersports sales
• Strong customer-first mentality with high energy and confidence
• Knowledge of boats, motors, and general marine products is a plus
• Comfortable using CRM tools and dealership systems (computer proficiency is a must)
• Team player who thrives in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment
