• Meet with homeowners to assess their needs and provide tailored gutter solutions
• Deliver professional estimates within 48 hours using our proven pricing system
• Educate customers on our premium products and services to ensure informed decisions
• Build strong client relationships and follow up on all bids to close deals effectively
• Visit sold jobs at least once to maintain relationships with customers and crews
• Maintain a closing rate of at least 40% while targeting high‑value opportunities
• Leverage networking, marketing, and CRM tools to generate and track leads
• Set and achieve sales goals for revenue, closing rates, and gross profit

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow‑up skills
• Tech‑savvy, with CRM experience preferred
• Self‑motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment
