Membership Sales Coordinator - LWR/UTC at Pure Barre

This role is part-time, requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week. The schedule includes evenings, rotating weekend mornings, Saturday and Sunday AM, and 1-2 Sunday mornings per month.

5275 University Parkway, Bradenton, FL.

$13.00/hr - $15.50/hr

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing relationships and targeting individual goals and needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio.
• Assume responsibility for developing selling skills.
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
• Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients.
• Enter inventory for retail clothing and other items.
• Attend and complete all relevant training programs.
• Take pictures for social media platforms.
• Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must have proficient computer skills.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.
• Interest in health/wellness/fitness required.
