Overview
The Employee Benefits Insurance Advisor is responsible for developing, selling, and managing employee health and benefits insurance solutions for employer clients. This role focuses on new business development, client relationship management, and delivering customized benefit strategies that meet employers’ financial and workforce needs. The Producer acts as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through planning, carrier selection, renewals, and ongoing service.
Responsibilities- Develop and sell employee health and benefits insurance solutions for employer clients.
- Manage relationships with employer clients and provide ongoing service.
- Guide clients through planning, carrier selection, renewals, and implementation of benefits strategies.
- Active state insurance license 2-15 Life & Health.
- 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or group health insurance sales.
- Strong consultative and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and clients simultaneously.
