Job Title: Security Guard (Class D License)
Status: Part Time
Schedule: Days 7a-7p Sat and Sun

Performs the duties of Security Officer to maintain the safety and security of the hospital.
General Responsibilities- Secures the premises from unauthorized entry.
- Provides support and assistance, both physical and psychological, to staff, patients, and visitors.
- Prepares and submits reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
- Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school education or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to handle stressful situations
- Must have 1 year experience as a security officer or related position in an acute care setting
- Certification for Safety and Security Procedures IAHSS training required within 90 days of hire.
- BLS within 90 days of hire.
- CPI within 90 days of hire.
- Class D Security License required.
