Part Time

Days 7a-7p Saturday and Sunday

• Secure premises from unauthorized entry.
• Provide support and assistance, both physical and psychological, to staff, patients, and visitors.
• Prepare and submit reports accurately and promptly.
• Demonstrate service excellence at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Performs the duties of Security Officer to maintain the safety and security of the hospital.

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to handle stressful situations.
• Must have 1 year experience as a security officer or related position in an acute care setting.
• Certification for Safety and Security Procedures IAHSS training required within 90 days of hire.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• CPI within 90 days of hire.
• Class D Security License required.
