At Home-Tech - Bradenton, we specialize in providing exceptional HVAC services to our customers. We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Bradenton, Florida. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a critical role in installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities- Follow detailed installation instructions to install HVAC systems according to specifications
- Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure 100% functionality
- Troubleshoot and solve installation issues as they arise
- Maintain respectful and professional communication with customers
- Participate in regular safety trainings and adhere to safety guidelines
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely project completion
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- EPA certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
