Overview

Senior Irrigation Foreman Rapidly growing commercial landscape and irrigation contractor seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and highly motivated Irrigation Foreman who is ready to lead teams of irrigation installers into an exciting portfolio of new subdivision projects, primarily in Manatee County.

• Installation of new production home irrigation systems to include programming of timers.
• Installation and management of 2-wire master irrigation systems; to include the programming of decoders.
• Leadership of small teams and efficient labor management
• Safe operation of industry standard trenching and excavating equipment.
• Save driving
• Review and understanding of construction plans, to include scaling and troubleshooting.
• Firm understanding of how to balance the water demands of landscape with municipal restrictions and project restrictions
• Familiarity with Rainbird and Hunter irrigation systems
• Clear and consistent project reporting and internal communication
• Core values of hard work, teamwork, honesty, and an internal desire to do great things and be appreciated
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Applicants should be located in South Hillsborough, Manatee, or Sarasota counties and be prepared to reference recent project experience.

• Experience leading irrigation installation teams on commercial subdivision projects
• Knowledge of programming timers for irrigation systems
• Experience with 2-wire master irrigation systems and decoders
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, perform scaling and troubleshooting
• Understanding of balancing landscape water demands with municipal and project restrictions
• Familiarity with Rain Bird and Hunter systems
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Bi-lingual is a plus
