$18.00 – $25.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Window Installation/Repair Technician to assist with the installation and repair of windows, doors, storefront systems, and hurricane shutters. This role also includes supporting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Candidates must have their own tools and know how to use them.

• Assist with installation and repair of windows, doors, storefronts, and hurricane shutters
• Greet customers and provide assistance based on their needs
• Process orders and handle cash transactions accurately
• Perform inventory control, monitoring stock levels and conducting regular checks
• Provide product knowledge and assist with window diagnostics
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction

• Previous construction experience preferred
• Strong skills in order fulfillment and inventory management
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to perform window diagnostics
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Must have personal tools and the ability to use them
