Are you a motivated, detail-oriented maintenance professional ready to put your repair skills to work? We are hiring a Full-Time Service Technician to ensure our apartment homes are consistently safe, operational, and welcoming for every resident.
This critical role centers on two main objectives: efficiently getting apartment homes ready (turns) for new residents and providing “above and beyond” service to address the maintenance needs of current residents. Job Responsibilities:The Core of the Role
- Diverse Repairs: Expertly handle repairs related to HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, drywall, and various appliances.
- Unit Preparation (Turns): Execute painting, general carpentry, and full-scope maintenance to ensure units are market‑ready for new residents.
- General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on building exteriors and common areas.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, professional, and exceptional customer service to all residents, addressing service requests efficiently.
- Support: Work closely with the Service Supervisor to prioritize work orders and ensure smooth operational workflow.

- Experience: Previous experience in manual labor or a related maintenance field is necessary.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 pounds alone, and up to 250 pounds with assistance. The role requires frequent bending, stooping, and stretching.
- Flexibility & On‑Call: Must be available to work overtime and be on call, which includes some weekends and holidays, to respond to emergencies.
- Technology Comfort: Must be comfortable using computers, tablets, and phones for work orders and job‑related tasks.
