Field Service Technician

This is a full-time remote Field Service Technician role. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for field-based tasks such as installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment at laundry facilities to ensure operational efficiency.

The daily duties include diagnosing technical issues, troubleshooting and repairing laundry equipment as well as maintaining truck inventory stock and accurately recording and closing service tickets.

Collaborative work with a team and interactions with clients will also be essential responsibilities of this position.

• Install, repair, and maintain laundry equipment at customer facilities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed.
• Maintain truck inventory stock and accurately record and close service tickets.
• Collaborate with a team and interact with clients to deliver excellent service.

• Technical skills in equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities for resolving technical issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for maintaining service schedules and accurate records.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure excellent customer service and successful collaboration with team members.
• Proficient in using tools, equipment, and relevant software necessary for the role.
• Willingness to travel as required to perform fieldwork.
• Proven experience in a similar role is preferred, but training may be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong technical aptitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or a related associate degree is a plus.
