Elite Heating and Air is seeking an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in the Bradenton, FL area. In this role, you'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and diagnose residential heating and cooling systems, and deliver exceptional service to homeowners.

If you have completed an HVAC training program and have at least one year of field experience, we will provide the tools, support, and advanced training needed to help you become a top-performing technician.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose heating and cooling equipment
• Complete repairs and service recommendations as needed
• Maintain accurate service records

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC field experience
• Completion of an HVAC technical training program preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Applicable licenses and certifications
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
