As one of the fastest growing businesses in our industry, with a combined revenue over $150m and over $100m earmarked for investment, this platform is on track to become a strong competitor with the titans of the commercial roofing industry.
Our client is a leading commercial roofing services platform focused on partnering with industry leading founders and entrepreneurs across the US. They provide their partnering companies with the funding, resources and infrastructure to grow whilst preserving the legacy, entrepreneurial spirit and culture that got them to where they are today.
Within this platform, you’ll join an established commercial roofing specialist focused on coatings, restoration and maintenance. Their work helps building owners extend roof life, improve energy efficiency and get more from their existing roofs.
What's in it for youYou’ve built your experience on the roof. You know how to find the problem, work out the right repair and get a crew moving. This is an opportunity to put that experience to work with a business where your technical ability and leadership will make a visible difference.
You’ll have responsibility for your crew and your jobs, with the opportunity to become someone customers trust and technicians learn from.
The roleYou’ll lead a service crew through day-to-day commercial roofing repairs and maintenance, taking responsibility for safety, quality and productivity on every job.
From tracing difficult leaks to planning and completing lasting repairs, you’ll be hands‑on across coatings, EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, Modified Bitumen and low‑slope metal systems. You’ll set the standard for your crew, make sure the work is completed correctly and help your technicians develop the skills to handle more complex repairs.
What You’ll BringYou’ll bring at least three years of commercial roofing service experience, including two years leading field crews, strong leak diagnosis skills and a commitment to safe working practices.
A valid driver’s license is required, alongside the ability to work at heights, climb ladders and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
