- Oversee and mentor installation team members
- Ensure installations meet company, manufacturer, and code requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency on every job
- Proven experience as a residential HVAC Installer
- HVAC certification required
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
