Job Summary

The Pittsburgh Pirates & Bradenton Marauders are seeking the following game day staff positions to support ballpark operations for all Bradenton Marauders games at LECOM Park.

Responsibilities:

Ticket Taker:
  • Collect/scan tickets from each guest who enters LECOM Park.
  • Ensure ticket accuracy and integrity.
  • Direct guests to various locations throughout LECOM Park.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests of the ballpark.
  • Monitor assigned area for any hazards/guest incidents.
  • Advise guests on ballpark policies as needed.
  • Usher:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests throughout the ballpark.
  • Monitor assigned seating area for any safety hazards and/or seating irregularities-report issues to supervisor.
  • Check tickets for valid date and seating location.
  • Greet and assist guests to their assigned seats.
  • Walk up and down aisles between innings when appropriate.
  • Be on alert for foul ball/flying objects that may go in the seating area or on the playing field.
  • Manage the flow of guests entering and exiting seating area during play and in between innings.
  • Protect ticket integrity by monitoring fans who may move seats.
  • Advise guests on ballpark policies as needed.
  • Report guest incidents to supervisors and file appropriate incident reports upon request.
  • Thoroughly search designated seating area for any items left behind by guests.
  • Qualifications

    Required
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work event nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience preferred but not required.
