The Strength and Conditioning Coach, Summer 2026 will be responsible for development and implementation of physical conditioning training programs for athletes in all sports, all ages, and all levels.

• Delivery of strength and power training; speed, agility, movement sessions; and regeneration.
• Programming, sport liaison and observation of athletes, tracking and reporting.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, health, physical education, or related field.
• Previous experience as a performance specialist in strength and conditioning.
• High energy, charismatic training approach with the ability to interface with a variety of audiences.
• Experience motivating, inspiring and training middle and high school student athletes.
• Experience with both small and large group training and individual training.
• Proficiency in writing training programs for athletes of all ages in a variety of sports.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with colleagues, sport coaches, and athletes.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and work collaboratively.
• Excellent presentation skills and written and verbal communication skills.

• Master’s degree in kinesiology, health, physical education or related field (or currently pursuing).
• Bilingual.
• CSCS certification or equivalent.

• Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 lbs.
• Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
• Must be able to move around campus, which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
• Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required.

• Requires a background check upon offer.
• Requires a drug test upon offer.
