The Nutrition Coach, Summer 2026 will provide world‑class nutrition services to IMG Academy athletes and clients, helping them maximize performance through nutrition.

• Develop and deliver practical, educational, entertaining, and age‑appropriate nutrition content to groups and individuals of a variety of ages and sports.
• Deliver 1:1 and group sessions for camp athletes, adult athletes, and professional athletes as indicated.
• Tailor messages to a broad client base ranging from youth to elite athletes across diverse cultures and countries.
• Promote the value of nutrition for performance to coaches and athletes on campus.
• Ensure nutrition services are based on the most recent, evidence‑based practices in the field.
• Collaborate with Strength & Conditioning, Athletic Training, Mental Conditioning, Sport Science, and the Gatorade Sports Science Institute (GSSI) to optimize performance and recovery.
• Work with other APD disciplines to provide integrated service to campers and promote a team approach to education and support.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote the value of nutrition education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Registered Dietitian (RD)
• State licensure in FL (LD) or eligibility for state licensure within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Sports Nutrition.
• Ability to comply with Florida legislation related to nutrition services and advice.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
• Understanding of latest research in the field of nutrition.
• Ability to take accurate measurements, including body weight and height.
• Experience with nutrient analysis software.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to interface with a variety of audiences.
• Read/write/speak and understand English.
• Auditory and visual ability to assess and provide nutrition care.
• Knowledge and ability to use PC and related software.
• Understand rules of various sports governing bodies regarding restricted substances and supplements.
• Deliver current knowledge in realistic and practical terms.
• Connect well with younger athletes.
• Perceived credibility as a subject matter expert in nutrition.
• Meet professional standards when working with clients, staff, interns, and other professionals, including strong personalities and problem‑solving.
• Participate in a team environment to ensure best practices in nutrition service.
• Troubleshoot situations and handle unique circumstances that may arise.
• Proactive personality who is a role model for nutrition on IMG Academy campus.
• Strong time management, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Open and responsive to feedback.
• Strong classroom management skills to facilitate a conducive learning environment.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Master of Science in nutrition or related field.
• CSSD (Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics).
• Multilingual.
• Experience working with a youth population.
• Experience as an athlete or coach.

• Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes exceeding 40 lbs.
• Ability to handle outdoor temperatures for reasonable periods.
• Must be able to move around campus, including gym, turf, fields, etc.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
