• Prepare and deliver a high‑quality soccer training program that achieves group and individual objectives for student‑athletes.
• Maintain open, two‑way communication with student‑athletes, parents, and guardians regarding progress and goals.
• Advise on tournament schedules, pre‑tournament preparation, post‑tournament review, and performance benchmarks.
• Understand and utilize the instruction equipment and methodologies of the academy soccer program.
• Act as a mentor and educator of both sport and life.
• Continuously assess skill and emotional development of each student‑athlete; collaborate with soccer program management to ensure comprehensive development.
• Advocate and communicate with student‑athletes, parents, and guardians concerning overall development in sport, school, and campus life.
• Assist with college placement as required.
• Collaborate with soccer team members to review program structure, content, delivery, objectives, and resources, recommending improvements.
• Support recruiting and retention initiatives for current and prospective student‑athletes.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High proficiency in soccer coaching, training, and instructional techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in physical education, sports management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• “B” License.
• Strong commitment to student athletes.

• “A” License Certification.
• Bilingual.
• CPR Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel for tournaments, games, and travel.
• Experience working camps.

• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull equipment or boxes over 40 lbs.
• Comfortable with outdoor temperatures for reasonable periods.
• Mobility across campus, including gym, turf, and fields.
• Flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• National and international travel for tournaments, clinics, and events.
