i9 Sports offers youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics for kids ages 3-17 in today's most popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. The Sports Instructor/Official is a hands‑on role that will lead athletes and provide expert instruction in their designated sport. The Sports Instructor is directly responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and fostering a positive youth sports culture on the field.
Responsibilities- Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
- Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
- Using established platforms, communicate game‑day information to players and parents.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge.
- Highly motivated self‑starter who can work independently.
- Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings for the full season (7 weeks).
