The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group’s success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies, the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness.

Through their efforts, they contribute to both short-term achievements and long-term growth.

We are looking to add a Transportation Analyst to our Transportation team. This role will be responsible for optimizing the company’s transportation operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for monitoring carrier performance, ensuring cost-effective freight solutions, validating transportation data, and supporting day-to-day execution of the transportation network to meet on-time and in-full delivery targets.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain transportation performance reports to support decision-making through daily, weekly, and monthly KPI tracking.
• Conduct data analysis and ad hoc reporting to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in transportation planning and execution, including load planning, carrier selection, and shipment tracking.
• Manage carrier and vendor relationships, supporting RFP processes, monitoring compliance, and resolving service issues.
• Ensure data accuracy in transportation systems (e.g., TMS) to maintain reliable operational and financial insights.
• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements to optimize transportation efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• 2+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented approach to data validation and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be located in Bradenton, FL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
• Willingness to be onsite daily in the Tropicana Manufacturing plant in Bradenton.
