Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, full-time role based in Bath. The Assistant Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service, managing spa staff, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient spa environment. Key responsibilities include supporting the Spa Manager with scheduling, budgeting, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role also involves ensuring the spa meets industry standards, handling skincare services as appropriate, and promoting wellness programs and products.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Spa Management and an understanding of the wellness industry
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities
- Experience in Budgeting and operational efficiency management
- Knowledge of Skin Care and wellness treatments
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in spa management or skincare are a plus
