This is a key leadership role supporting a valued, long-standing client to deliver exciting and diverse flood and coastal projects ??. As an essential member of the Safety & Risk Team, youll act as the regional technical lead , managing and resourcing a team delivering Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services across a varied and interesting portfolio of schemes. About the Role Lead and manage a team of Safety & Risk Consultants across the South West Work closely with client Project Managers, internal stakeholders, Health, Safety & Wellbeing teams, and external delivery partners ?? Support projects from feasibility through outline & detailed design to construction on site Ensure designs consider buildability, sustainability, environmental impact and health & safety from the outset ??

Essential Requirements Chartered Safety Professional Relevant degree or diploma Strong working knowledge of the CDM Regulations 2015 Full UK Driving Licence ?? Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable Requirements Strong report writing capability ?? A proactive mindset with a drive to innovate Willingness to work away from the office for short periods Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent record keeping skills LI-MM1
