Dorothy House in Winsley, Wiltshire, is seeking a Family Support Assistant Practitioner. Band 4, £28,392 - £31,157, full time (35 hours over 5 days) with hybrid working. You will join a specialist Family Support Team providing emotional, psychosocial support and care coordination.
You'll manage a small caseload, facilitate bereavement groups and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate support, visits, safeguarding and service development.
