Position: Family Practice - Without OB Physician
Family Medicine in Bradford, PA75 miles south of Buffalo, NYFull time, permanent Qualifications

PA State Medical License Board Certified or board eligible in Family Medicine Current BCLS and DEA Certificates Effective interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills

EMR experience a plus (preferably ECW)
Responsibilities Provide compassionate, appropriate and effective clinical care for patients of all ages
100% outpatient care Maintain good quality medical records

Work within a team collaborative model at a Patient Centered Medical Home Advocate for quality care on behalf of patients and the organization
