This position is responsible for assessing client physical and mental health status, as well as substance use history;
Providing client education, assisting the psychiatric provider in providing medical/Medication Assisted Treatment services to identified clients. Additional duties include monitoring & administering injectable medications, documenting client progress toward recovery and serving as a client liaison to the physician through effective management of client walk‑ins, phone consultation and scheduled appointments. Also responsible for conducting comprehensive nursing assessments as indicated. We provide medication assisted treatment (MAT) in the form of Vivitrol/Naltrexone, Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadi for appropriate individuals.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by State of Pennsylvania
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, organizational skills and the ability to effectively work with a team.
• Strong clinical skills with working knowledge of mental health system and recovery principles.
• Ability to effectively work with persons with mental illness, developmental disabilities, substance abuse disorders and forensic issues and encourage their participation with comprehensive treatment plans.
• Act 33/34/31 and FBI Clearances
• Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle during scheduled work hours.
