Provides targeted, advanced-level, clinical psychotherapy services addressing a range of mental health concerns for a diverse population of students/clients utilizing specialized techniques to foster student development, remediate mental health problems, and promote positive mental health. Facilitates comprehensive assessments and treatments, referrals for hospitalizations, and case reviews.

Bradford Counseling Services

Full-time, 10-month position (August–May) – 37.5 hours per week – available for immediate hire. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one and is suitable for experienced counselors or recent graduates eager to begin a career in higher‑education mental health.

• Full-time, 10-month (43.3 weeks) – 37.5 hours per week
• Salary Range: $26.06 – $32.57 per hour

• Provide comprehensive prevention, assessment, and intervention services at the on-campus office, meeting diverse students “where they are”.
• Conduct evaluations and treatment, including individual, group, and virtual sessions, and remain available for walk-ins in addition to scheduled appointments.

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania license (LPC, LMFT, CAADC, or LCSW).
• Minimum two years of practice as a licensed mental health provider with experience in a college/university counseling center or comparable setting.

Little physical effort required; duties largely sedentary. May need to move objects up to 25 pounds.

Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

On-campus, in an office or lab environment.
