Bradford Counseling Services
Position OverviewFull-time, 10-month position (August–May) – 37.5 hours per week – available for immediate hire. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one and is suitable for experienced counselors or recent graduates eager to begin a career in higher‑education mental health.
Assignment Details- Full-time, 10-month (43.3 weeks) – 37.5 hours per week
- Salary Range: $26.06 – $32.57 per hour
- Benefits include paid sick, vacation, personal, holiday, and recess time
- Provide comprehensive prevention, assessment, and intervention services at the on-campus office, meeting diverse students “where they are”.
- Conduct evaluations and treatment, including individual, group, and virtual sessions, and remain available for walk-ins in addition to scheduled appointments.
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
- Valid Pennsylvania license (LPC, LMFT, CAADC, or LCSW).
- Minimum two years of practice as a licensed mental health provider with experience in a college/university counseling center or comparable setting.
Little physical effort required; duties largely sedentary. May need to move objects up to 25 pounds.
Work ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Work ArrangementOn-campus, in an office or lab environment.
