• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying your clients to appointments

• Valid driver’s license or
• Access to reliable transportation
• No experience is required, but candidates with a certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification are encouraged to apply
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state‑required training

• Eligible for a $1,000 sign‑on bonus effective 1/1/2025.
• Bonus paid in two increments: $500 after 500 hours worked from start date, and $500 after 1,000 hours.
• Bonus only paid if the caregiver remains active and achieves a minimum of 85% electronic visit verification.
• Bonuses paid within 30 days of reaching eligibility.
• Previous caregivers not working for Help at Home since before 1/1/2024 are eligible. Caregivers transferring from other Help at Home portfolio companies are not eligible.

Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.
