TRIO SSS Project Manager
Pitt‑Bradford is seeking a dedicated Program Manager/Director of its TRIO SSS program. As the TRIO SSS Program Manager/Director, you will play a pivotal role in empowering first‑generation or low‑income students, and students with disabilities to achieve their academic and personal goals. This is a 12‑month, full‑time staff position reporting to the Assistant Dean of Academic Success. This position is entirely grant‑funded and is contingent on the support of TRIO center funding for continued employment.
Hiring Range: $50,000 to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

- Provide comprehensive advising to TRIO SSS participants.
- Administer and evaluate TRIO SSS grant program services and systems, fiscal expenditures and annual reports.
- Supervise, recruit and evaluate three staff members.
- Manage the selection, identification, and notification processes of TRIO participants.
- Act as primary TRIO SSS contact for the United States Department of Education.
- Master’s degree required.
- At least three years of experience in staff supervision, budget management, program development, evaluation, and compliance with federal regulations.
- At least three years of experience with academic support programs or similar programs; preference given to those with experience with TRIO.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with a diverse student population of first‑generation, low‑income, and disabled college students.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
