Georgia‑Pacific is now hiring Production Associates to join our Corrugated facility in Bradford, PA.

• $20.31 per hour (will increase after 6 weeks)
• 2nd Shift Differential – $1.25 per hour = $21.56
• 3rd Shift Differential – $1.00 per hour = $21.31

• Flexible for any shift; overtime, holidays, and weekends may be required.
• First 2 weeks of orientation on 1st shift, then assignment to your swing or 3rd shift.

• Swing Shift – 1 week on 1st shift (7 AM – 3 PM) and 1 week on 2nd shift (3 PM – 11 PM).
• 3rd Shift – 11 PM – 7 AM (starts at 11 PM Monday night).

Our team safely assists with the production of corrugated boxes for valued customers. This position offers opportunities for promotion in Bradford as well as other Georgia‑Pacific and Koch facilities.

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Complete and maintain daily inspections and downtime reports.
• Monitor and enter data into computer control systems.
• Perform basic asset care duties, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping to keep machinery functioning.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Operate and/or work alongside mobile equipment.
• Adhere strictly to safety rules and wear safety equipment.
• Work as a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Cross‑train and step in for other operators during absences and breaks.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve hours a day in a loud/noisy, high‑volume environment.

• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, warehousing, military, or industrial environment.
• Experience working with computers or smart devices.
