Job Summary

Georgia‑Pacific is hiring Production Associates to join our Corrugated facility in Bradford, PA. The role focuses on operating equipment, maintaining production quality, and ensuring a safe work environment. Promotion opportunities exist within Georgia‑Pacific and across Koch facilities.

• Starting Pay: $20.31 per hour, increasing after 6 weeks
• 2nd Shift Differential: $1.25 per hour = $21.56
• 3rd Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour = $21.31

• Flexible shift availability required; includes overtime, holidays, weekends.
• Orientation: first 2 weeks on 1st shift, then assigned swing or 3rd shift.
• Swing Shift: week 1 7A‑3P, week 2 3P‑11P
• 3rd Shift: 11PM‑7AM (starts 11PM Monday night)

• Operate equipment to meet product specifications.
• Complete and document daily inspections and downtime reports.
• Enter data into computer control systems.
• Perform basic maintenance, asset care, and housekeeping.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Operate or work around mobile equipment safely.
• Adhere strictly to safety rules, wearing required PPE.
• Collaborate with team to exceed production, quality, waste, and safety goals.
• Cross‑train and substitute for teammates during absences.
• Perform physical tasks up to 12 hours a day in a loud, high‑volume environment.

• Proficient with computers or smart devices.
