• Average salary: $55-65,000 per year (Competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, bonuses, profit sharing)

Responsibilities:

• Passionate customer advocate who assists, advises, and educates customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on value to all customers.
• Conduct calls with customers seeking to learn more about our products and services.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay connected through company resources.
• Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Balance customer experience and performance goals.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more.
• Maintain a positive attitude, engage with energy, and contribute equally.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; ability to work in multiple locations.
• Frequent standing and ability to stand, sit, walk, bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
