Description
- Produce management accounts
- Prepare journals
- Analyse and provide insight into company performance
- Meet strict deadlines
- Simplify and streamline company procedures
- Maintain internal controls
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Work closely with internal and external auditors when necessary
- Qualified accountant
- Prior management accounting experience preferred
- Strong communication skills to articulate clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wider team
- Self‑starter with willingness to work independently and proactively seek new skills
- Problem‑solving mindset
- Hybrid working (2 days in the office) with flexible hours
