What You Will Be Doing
  • Greeting visitors and clients at reception
  • Answering phone calls and managing enquiries
  • Assisting with emails and general correspondence
  • Supporting day‑to‑day office administration and data entry
  • Helping organise documents, files and bookings
  • Working closely with the team to keep the workspace running smoothly
  • Learning professional customer service and administrative skills

Every day offers variety and practical experience in a modern business setting.

What You Will Learn

This apprenticeship includes a recognised Level 3 Business Administration qualification alongside hands‑on workplace experience. You will build skills in communication, organisation, customer service, IT systems, problem‑solving and professional business processes.
