Administration Assistant (Full or Part-time)

Salary: £23,810 - £25,000 (or pro-rated equivalent for part-time)

Bradford (hybrid working)

Permanent Position

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail focused Administration Assistant to join their Admin Team within Operations. This role is essential in providing high quality administrative support to both internal and external clients, ensuring that all registrations, amendments, and cancellations are processed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all company policies, FCA requirements, and internal service standards.

The

Key Responsibilities of the Administration Assistant:

* Provide high level administrative support across the Admin Team, including processing email, electronic, and hard copy policy applications and associated correspondence.

* Manage all registration tasks, ensuring all work meets company KPIs and guidelines.

* Respond to emails within KPIs, ensuring all communication meets company standards.

* Maintain positive working relationships and deliver excellent service to internal and external contacts.

* Support wider business areas when required and attend training and meetings as needed.

* Comply with all company procedures, policies, FCA and Data Protection regulations, IT/security standards, and mandatory training requirements.

* Complete and record required training hours and participate fully in performance review processes, reporting any concerns affecting job performance.

The Key Requirements of the Administration Assistant:

* Previous administration and customer service experience is highly desirable

* Basic Microsoft Office skills beneficial (email, letter writing, spreadsheets)
Functional / Technical

Competencies:

* Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively

* Excellent time management skills to handle high volumes of requests

* Ability to meet KPIs consistently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
