Executive Assistant | Personal Support | CEO Support
Location:
Bradford (Office-Based)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Contract:
Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
Benefits: pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, occasional international travel, permanent role within a stable, growing SME, exposure to business growth and decision-making, and large company events.

About the Company
Marmon Lift Recruitment is representing a well-established, growing SME stairlift engineering business with a turnover of circa £7m and around 50 employees nationwide. Led by an ambitious and driven entrepreneur, the business is entering an exciting growth phase.
The Person al Assistant Role
This is a hands-on Personal Assistant position supporting the business owner directly. You will play a key role in keeping a busy, successful entrepreneur organised, prepared and operating efficiently.
You will be based full-time in the Bradford office, working closely day-to-day with the CEO. Flexibility around start and finish times is available, provided business needs are met.
This role suits a sharp, proactive PA/EA who enjoys working at pace and being central to the day-to-day running of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities of a Personal Assistant
* Full diary and schedule management
* Managing changing priorities and meeting coordination
* Preparing agendas, notes and tracking follow-up actions
* Ensuring accountability across the business
* Coordinating UK travel (occasional international travel possible)
* Acting as a gatekeeper and the first point of contact
* Supporting with documents, presentations and correspondence
* Assisting with ad hoc projects as the company grows
Ideal Personal Assistant Candidate
* Previous experience as a PA or Executive Assistant
* Strong diary and workload management skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Proactive, dependable and solutions-focused
* Comfortable working closely with a driven business owner
* Professional, discreet and confident
